In Laudato Si, Pope Francis asks: What kind of world do we want to leave to those who come after us, to children who are now growing up? #160 The Awakening the Dreamer program provides an avenue to explore our world and discover a new path. It was created by the Pachamama Alliance in response to an invitation from the Achuar people of the Ecuadorian Amazon to work in partnership to shift the dominant culture of consumption and alienation to one that honors and sustains all life. It is a transformative educational program that explores the challenges facing humanity at this critical moment in time and works towards an environmentally sustainable, spiritually fulfilling, social just human presence on this planet.
