Diné storyteller Sunny Dooley

Arizona Interfaith Power and Light and Christ Anglican Church are excited to announce an evening with Diné storyteller Sunny Dooley.  Sunny will be telling stories and speaking about current Navajo concerns such as water rights and electricity. Download a flyer here!

For insight into aspects of current Diné culture, we highly recommend viewing the Billy Luther documentary titled “Miss Navajo” prior to the evening. This beautiful film not only speaks to the Navajo culture and society, but is also an introduction to the poetic compositions and narration of Sunny Dooley.
