Faith leaders from a variety of traditions will begin the day with a celebration of nature’s gifts and a “blessing” of the environmental activists.  According to Genesis, (2:15) the first commandment is to “till and keep,” “tend and defend” the Garden.  All the advocates for a sustainable world, religious and secular alike, are doing holy work.

There are several seminars coming up to help you get prepared for Environmental Day:
