What it Takes to Be a Host Location:
- Book Your Meeting Space: Secure a room for 20+ participants with comfortable seating and facilities.
- Verify Livestream Capabilities: Ensure your meeting space is equipped with (and someone can set up) at least one screen, high-speed internet, and a sound system so that you can play the livestream for all attendees to view and hear.
- Invite Others to Join: Promote the event in your congregation and community to maximize participation.
- Host the Day: Welcome your attendees, set up signage, provide refreshments, and help to facilitate in-room engagement.
- Capture the Moment: Take memorable group and candid photos to share with Blessed Tomorrow.
